What are my check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out must be completed before 11:00 AM to allow for cleaning.
If you need to check in earlier or check out later, please contact us; it's usually not a problem.

How do I get to the villa?
Enter "Ermitazpi 4" into your GPS, and it will take you to the door.
Take the highway to the entrance of the Golf Club and then a 3-minute drive within the complex.
Airport pickup is available (additional charge applies).

Where can I park?
Inside the villa. There is free private parking.

Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, high-speed fiber optic internet. Free.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes.

Can I smoke?
Yes, in the outdoor areas.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes. The villa's two kitchens are fully equipped, but we operate as a bed and breakfast. Homemade breakfast is included in your stay.
If you need lunch or dinner, you must order it in advance.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed as there are already three kittens on the property.

Can I have a barbecue or light the fireplace?
Yes. You can use the barbecue by simply booking the day. Utensils are available; charcoal is your responsibility, or we can provide it if you wish (extra charge).
The fireplace is lit by the property in winter.

Are parties or events allowed?
No.

Where can I buy food nearby?
Supermarket 300 meters away.
Bakery and pharmacy in Derio, a 5-minute drive away.
All the amenities of a large city in Bilbao, a 10-minute drive away.
